12 volt trigger

Can anyone tell me where I can get a 12 volt trigger cable or how to make one? I bought an MPS-1 and have hooked it to my Yamaha 2500 as a pre/pro for now. I am working off of the sound detector, but would prefer a trigger.

Radioshack should have what you are looking for.

If they dont have something called a trigger cable, Its basically just a 1/8 mini plug. Mono. Stereo could work too. If you make one just make sure you wire both ends up the same.
