10x price difference in Blu-ray models

I just bought a Samsung BD-P1600 for $117 (Open-box) at Best Buy. I believe they are selling it normally for $149 now. So far I'm liking it. It's almost as fast as my PS 3. I didn't think I would care about the BB streaming and Pandora, but I'm going to check them out and see if I like them.

So far, the only thing I like better about the PS 3 is that you can fast forward while playing a BD and still hear the audio and read subtitles. I like to use this feature to get through movies faster.

Agree with you wholeheartedly. I have the PS3 in one room and I just picked up the BD-P1600 for another room (Mine came out to 141 including tax and it was open box too...I guess I got screwed). Really dig the features of the Samsung and don't see why anybody would want anything more. Maybe the ability to stream from their PC but that would only cost a little more in the form of the next higher Samsung BR player.
