$100 powered desktop speakers?

I'm looking to add some desktop speakers to my office. It seems at the $200+ price point there are several good products available - the Audioengine A2 being a leader. But $200 is over my budget. Is there anything worth buying at the $100 price point? I've seen the M-Audio AV 30, but have not listened to them yet. I'll be driving the speakers with a MacBook Pro.

Yeah. I just found zzsounds and did a search for monitors under $200. The MS40s look tempting. I like the digital ins. They seem to offer a lot for the price, which makes me a little concerned about quality.

Believe me Beheringer speakers are very good for the money. All of their products are well built and a very good cost vs performance. These speakers are very flat responders and sound great I would not be concerned about quality whatsoever they are made very well.

Klipsch Promedia 2.1. You can find them on eBay for under $100.

I went into BB tonight and they had the M-Audio AV30s for $80. A quick Google search shows that to be a good price. I'm tempted by the digital ins on the Behringer's, though.

Thanks for the suggestion on the Klipsches, but I want to stick with a 2.0 setup. I'll be listening at very low levels in a shared office, and the walls between offices are pretty thin - no need to anger the neighbors.
