I'm seriously considering the Onix linesources. Danny Ritchie (sp?) designed them, and as you well know he did the x-overs for your Epiphanies. I wouldn't try to claim the Onix could best them, but the word is Danny does consider the new ones he's created with AV123 as the best he's ever done...

I agree and disagree- if you were one of those rare guys with speakers capable of Dobly Ref levels at 20 hz with your mains, then bass management & subs wouldn't be necessary. But those speakers are as rare as hens eggs. My current speakers have superb bass, but they can't touch my pair of HSU...

I'd say it's one of the finest films of recent years. The cinematography was fantastic, the music was wonderful and the sound is amazing. I thought the writing was top-notch and the acting superb. What seems long to some is welcome character developement to me. To each his own, I guess.

I'm not sure how many people would be interested in this one now that the reviews are coming in on the newer model, but it looks like Visual Apex is selling the '900U for just under $1300. Pretty darned good deal if the $2k for the new one is too much to swing.
