I was a previous owner of an 8008x3. Great amp but man does it run hot. IMO, there isn't a NAD amp on the planet that can compete with that Aragon unit. They just don't build them like that anymore.

I second that! Also Steve Howe, Steve Moorse, Stevie Ray, and pretty much any guy named Steve :) As for Jazz, the guitarist from the Band Special EFX is amazing but I cant remember his name. Of course as Jeff pointed out, IMO Pat Metheny is the greatest guitar player that ever lived!
