Don't worry too much about burn in. New plasmas these days have a refresh that prevents this from being a problem. You also probably have a manual refresh in the menu which you can engage periodically if you like. Take your TV out of torch mode to get a better picture and preserve it's life...

Satellite speakers are meant to be mated with subs. The speakers in question have a very large dynamic range and output above 80Hz which was a design goal of the speakers.
