This is a problem I noted with the DVD-5900. Anytime you toggle Dlink it also resets your channel trims. I don't think they have a fix for this but are aware of it.

The results of most auto eq systems such as YPAO or MCAA can be unpredictable and at times lower not raise fidelity of your system. I would suggest trying it in and out to see which your ears prefer.
