I own a bunch of Metallica CD's and they've never been known for their sound quality as is the case with most rock music. These are what I call car audio CD's b/c they are acceptable sounding in a car, but not my home theater :confused:

Thats a modeling analysis for 2 driver systems in ported box whether wired in parallel or series from what I see. It doesnt say anything about TL design??? In order to really understand what is going on, I need to see a pic of the enclosure of this speaker. Can anyone provide that? thanks.

I looked over his site and couldn't find a specific article that dealt with multi woofers in this type of enclosure. Please provide a link. Inquiring minds want to know :)

Sorry but I am not buying it. Since this design employs dual woofers, they either need dual lines or have a single entry point with an exit equidistant from the "woofers". This is not apparent in this design and the claims that their design can extend bass below what a ported design can do are...

Yes they are a bit spendy aren't they? People that can drop that sort of cash on audio equipment don't even break a sweat doing it. I am sure they will do well in that segment despite how niche it is.

I made the image larger in the article. Bigger drivers don't always equate to better subs. As I said in my write up, this sub sounded much larger than it was.
