Check out the various sticky G2G threads in the General section of this forum. Post #153 in the thread below compares the Impression towers favorably against the Axiom M60s which is quite an impressive achievement given the price difference...

Impressions of Salk SongTowers
Wow reading all of the user comments on Salk as well as comments from our own reviewers shows enormous potential for this company. I love it when you get an American company building quality products in our own land for audiophiles to cherish. I look forward to watching this company grow and...

2009 Oregon Coast Audio Meet "Wrap Up"
Excellent Job Dave!!!! Thanks for putting the time into this and making those of us that couldn't attend get a great feel for how nice this event was. I saw some of those scenic shots of Oregon. I won't be missing next years event if its there, especially the food :)

Yes and it killed me that there was almost 50 no shows at our dinner event which was a complete waste of food/money. The hotel wouldn't even let me take the food to give to hotel staff or donate to homeless.

There were two reasons I got into bodybuilding when I was younger: 1. to impress chicks 2. to always eat whatever I wanted Now that I am married #2 keeps me lifting despite all my back issues :D

Congrats to everyone who organized this event. The pics are looking great, especially of the food. I hope to make the next one as it looks like everyone had an excellent time. I am looking forward to reading all of the reviews of the equipment that was demoed.

Is RBH the best bang for the buck?
If the woman's butt whom is featured in that ad is the Installer, than I'd recommend getting those speakers over the RBH's or any other brand mentioned in this thread

Sterophile new approach to cable measurements
To do that would only give them what they want. More attention! You can't reason with people like this just like you can't reason with someone who denies evolution, LOL

Absolutely. Stereopile has been pushing the wonders and magic of exotic cables for years through their editorial writeups, so called reviews and advertising for these companies. Its a good business model for them I suppose but its irritating when their writers masturbate scientific principles...

Sterophile new approach to cable measurements
Using my Audio Precision APx585 HDMI Audio Analyzer, I can do what is called a Bit Error Rate (BER) test. If you're transmitting PCM via HDMI, toslink or Coax and run this test, it will give you a BER in terms of % Every modern Blu-ray, DVD, CD player I've ever tested has always achieved a...

emp bookshelves with tube amp
thanks for the link. It's not just tweeter level. Placing them on stands away from a back wall and display monitor will all them to properly image b/c of better off axis response. I plan on testing in both venues in my review. I at least suggest you try it as well just to see how...

I got my system today. Biting my nails to hook it up but I got to finish this Denon DVD-A1UDCI review first. Try placing those speakers on a good pair of stands instead of your desktop. I expect the will sonically disappear.

If these guys would just admit that its nothing more than jewelry to give you a warm fuzzy feeling about your audio equipment, they would do just fine. People don't buy a Rolex b/c its more "accurate" as telling time than a Casio.

To my knowledge, RBH products won't be demoed at the G2G. Only EMP stuff will be there.
