I hope that is not the case as I don't ever want to limit our access to companies for products to review. Perhaps they will instead use the criticisms we provided to produce an improved player.

If THX tested the analog outputs this would have never been the case hence why its my opinion that the THX certification should also support their legacy devices and connection methods.

I already asked via email and got no reply. I think they are at the NAAM show now. I don't believe this upgrade is possible without a hardware update but I may be wrong. I will let you know.

Very nice setup. Try flipping the left speaker and left sub so that both speakers are equidistant from the sidewalls. This should improve imaging.

Unless you can get far enough away from the back channels, I wouldn't recommend using towers else they will be highly localizable. If you do mostly multi channel music listening, I suppose that could be a positive, but for movie watching its usually annoying. The back and side channels should...
