    $1400.00 for LCR 80% HT/TV 20% home music

Never heard the 62's and I heard the 82's about 8 years ago at Ultimate Electronics. They sounded okay, but definitely not for their price they had them for. I felt like everything accentuated the bass and treble. The lower midrange and well, midrange all together felt recessed and somewhat fake...

    $1400.00 for LCR 80% HT/TV 20% home music

The Paradigm dealer said he "put in an order and it should be here in a few weeks". He was saying it like he might have some of the higher stuff like the Monitor 11's, Studio 60's/100's, etc. I know the Monitor 11's are more than my e55ti's (quite a bit more actually) and I wouldn't be surprised...

You have a 6300cuft (or possibly larger) room... I'd be looking at adding a second sub or a good, powerful sub(s) first

    $1400.00 for LCR 80% HT/TV 20% home music

Yeah I figured some of the higher/flagship lines would be sold for what the suggested retail price is at. I was out in Edmond and stopped by that dealer to have a listen to the Q500's, but he wasn't open. I guess there's a Paradigm dealer around town here too, but he only had the Monitor 7's and...

    Audio system for bathroom

Not to hijack, but I figure I could supplement and bump the thread. I'd also like to add some speakers in my bathroom. It a decent sized bathroom, but I think 2 of the 8" or 6.5" coaxials will be fine. Not looking for a ton, just something better than listening through my phone speaker lol...

    $1400.00 for LCR 80% HT/TV 20% home music

Usually lol. Not always :D. You should come have a listen to these EMP e55ti' sometime. They'll make you go "what.the.hell.....wow" for their price (especially what I got them for on Black Friday!). It's just the MSRP is suggested and a lot of these ID and smaller companies don't have things to...

    $1400.00 for LCR 80% HT/TV 20% home music

I dont get why MSRP has any place in this hobby. I think Klipsch, Axiom and a few other manufacturers are a great example of that. There's a reason it's called Manufacturer SUGGESTED Retail Price... Buy why your ears like, and eyes also.

    Epik update

So Epik is still going to make subs...or what? lol Seems like their Empire was big hit and I wanted to pick one up, but if there isn't going to be an Epik if the amp goes, then heck no

$1000 Or Less Stereo Pair-- What Would You Buy and Why?

I wish my issue was like that. I went through Paypal AND Ebay. The speakers corners were beat up, scratches, etc. One tweeter was damaged (in his pics it wasn't, but who knows if it was already like that). I filed a claim, stayed on FedEx, Paypal and the sellers *** about it. Fedex took...

$1000 Or Less Stereo Pair-- What Would You Buy and Why?

The HTC isn't a timbre match (even if they claim it might be be close). Having zero feedback is also risky. I've had speakers ship damaged to me and... As you should/might know... They reimburse the seller. I never saw the money to fix it. That guy had like 200-300 positive reviews on Ebay...

$1000 Or Less Stereo Pair-- What Would You Buy and Why?

I've spoken with EMP quite a bit and they estimate they'll have the e55's back in stock late May/early June

An Insiders Look at Best Buy

Congrats! You might be the dumbest person I know. What has been the easiest OS to crack BY FAR for the last 5+ years? I could go ON and ON and ON and ON about how ridiculous your post is....but I'm just going to let you do the research

FS: EMP tek E55ti towers. red burl (north carolina)

I know there were a few looking for the Red Burl towers on AVSforums. Might want to post that you have these for sale in the actual EMP thread over at AVS. It's pretty large and always near the top

My picks, we value your opinion. First time Home Theater setup :)

Every little bit helps, but the power difference between the 2 is basically negligible. Your budget allows for the 3312/3313 though so go for it

My picks, we value your opinion. First time Home Theater setup :)

I would go with an AVR that's half the price, but still retains MultEQ XT, pre-outs, same power basically, etc. 3312/3311, etc. Spend that extra $600 towards the speakers, room treatments (I think it was you that had hardwood floors), etc. $600 just happens to be the exact difference between...

EMP offers a free 30-day trail also... ...just sayin lol. They were highly thought off at the most recent GTG
