You must definately use a BOSE eq with this system. It is the only way to achieve any level or linearity from them. Even if its the wrong series EQ, it will still likely be a better match than NO EQ or an external EQ from another company.

Why is this thread so stretched verticle? Sheep your pics are huge! I used a layer of plastic lining over the particle board on the floor before I layed the structure down. That combined with the carpet pad, carpet and molding, there is no chance stuff will leak out.

Here we go again. Audio is a GREAT mystery. We CANNOT quantify what we hear so we simply design on blind faith and hope we reach audio nirvana by tweaking caps and circuits NOT thru empirical analysis but through subjective listening tests only. Then if consumers don't like the end results...
