I've suffered sleep issues for almost a decade. Anxiety and untreated Apnea are the likely culprits.
I now have a routine that involves the following just so I can sleep about 6hrs/nt:
1. 50mg Trazadone
2. .25mg Clonazapam
3. 5mg of melatonin
4. CBD oil
