Ironman 3 out on BluRay

Has anyone else actually gone into the store and tried to buy it? I got the one that was highlighted in the Sunday flyer, with the gold/yellow border on the slipcover.

I looked on line, nothing. Went by there today so I stopped in and asked. They insist that it was the DVD for that price as that is how it is priced on the shelves and the BD at 24.9 something. I will wait.

Yeah, I did but I'm Canadian and bought it here in Canada and that automatically disqualifies me from the price you managed to scoop it up for. It listed here for $24.95.

I watched it tonight. Nice video details in this flick, good use of surrounds and some very nice deep bass scenes. A mindless action flick with a good sountrack always puts me in a great mood.

I don't know the neck of the woods that you live in but around here, the first 3 days of the release for a new BluRay/DVD is always $5 to $6 cheaper. After that, it goes to full retail price. I check this site out weekly to see whats coming down the pipe..

This one has been pushed back in our netflix list for a while. So late for this one.
I think it would've been better if I was between the ages of 10 and 15 for this one. I fell asleep twice.

I was disappointed.
One was much better, two a bit less and three the worst of the lot.

I actually thought the order was the other way around. I'm sure some of it has to do with whatever mood we're in when we watch them. I found the first one kind of boring (I thought the beginning was too slow), liked the second one better, and like this one the best. I thought all of them had some cool scenes, though.

Yes, there were some cool scenes.

Whenever I turn to my wife and say, "This movie was marketed towards kids" I just know I'm going to have a bad time.
That and the duologue gets corny and the movie formulaic.
I had the exact same feeling with the Transformer series.
Edit: As my hypothetical Asian father in law would say, "I am disappoint."
