Name That Subwoofer - part 2

The picture doesn't really help either. I'd upload a different one but every time I try -- either from my hard drive or a URL -- I get an error saying it's too large. Since it's less than 100k that seems pretty silly, but I can't get past that forum issue for some reason.

Here's another hint though... it's hard to see but the grill cover is round, and the port is downfiring. This may be the only inexpensive subwoofer configured that way.
Wow, I was nowhere close. From the picture "as I see it", it looked to have a top and bottom base with the fabric covering the remaining sides. The circular grill appeared to be the driver as seen through the fabric. Thus my looks a little like a Def Tech sub comment. The more I look at the picture the more I realize I was off in left field.

You have nothing to hang your head over, so don't sweat the SUB 1200. You guessed the Bag End, the one sub I would have bet $$ that no one got. I was certain that was going to be my ace in the hole.

Alright, I must hear an opinion. What's your opinion of that Bag End?
