Can a receiver fail to send only a portion of the sound range? I have an Integra DTR 4.5 receiver and run Definitive technology speakers in a 5.1 setup. I have recently had all three subs stop working. I checked the fuses for the three and all were fine. What could cause all three to stop at the same time? Super Cube 2 is the main and there is a sub in each front tower. Very strange. I miss my bass!

Is it possible that the receiver causes this?

Check your speaker settings. Sometimes settings just change themselves. Make sure you have subwoofer yes in the speaker set up. Then make sure your crossover settings are correct.

Definitely give your receiver a hard-reset and then setup again.

You could have busted pre-outs though.
