Well, since when its not hot and super humid outside its raining and I can't ride I figured I would get some customizing done... I bought a new bike recently and of course I can't ride it stock, so I bought some raked triple trees to pull the front wheel out a little, I had a 23" front wheel custom turned powder coated and contrast cut, bought a front tire, larger front fender for the larger wheel, a front fairing, and a few other little trinkets... But all of the parts have been sitting in my garage for a while now since I haven;t had much time to do anything... Well a friend of mine let me use his paint booth last week so I sprayed the front fairing and the fender, then one night I had an hour before dinner to kill so instead of watching tv or listening to music, I mounted and balanced the new tire on the new wheel, long story short its finally together...

I am having a guy come down to pin strip it to match the rest of the bike, I have to remove all them orange reflectors, black out the blinkers and tail light, and I still need to file fit the front fender (I should have done this before paint) but besides that shes done for this year, just gotta get the weather and time to ride...

here's some pics, what do you think?

The first pic is comparing the old wheel set and the new,

the second pic is after I got the front end back together the FIRST time, lol I had it apart THREE more times!!! First time I had a serious vibration, when I learned the front head set bearing was not set in correctly, then I fixed that and noticed the speed-o rubbed the front of the triple tree so off again, then the last time was to properly set the cables... I had to take that front wheel off at least 5 times too!!! Just trying to get it perfect...

third pic is with the aftermarket fender and fairing installed with the raked front end and 23" wheel...

and the last pic is a side view... and you can also see my 10 foot long chopper that will NEVER be done, I have been building that for at least 5 years, lol.. Also my turbo hayabusa is the white bike covered by the sheets, and my red rocket with the leather hard bags, which I am going to get rid of, never really rode it, less than 2000 miles on it if anyone is interested :) ....

Thanks Bryce, I thought you were going to ask if I stole your old camera, lol {thank adam for that, I think he is the one who made that comment}..

I built this garage with 14ft ceilings so I could put a lift at my house, but I have no room, I have another 5 car garage, and another building at my office, all full of "stuff"

Anyway, that is the last complete build I am ever going to do, I have built 4 custom choppers, {3 are done and are stored at my office, you would think I would learn}, this one I just lost interest in, I built it start to finish, took it for a ride a few times, then pulled it apart to paint everything and send the custom stuff for chrome... I NEVER got it back together, I have 2 shelfs full of parts, the engine, primary, exhaust, seats, ect all just need to be bolted back together... Thats the worst part about building customs, mark it all up, build it ride it and then rip it back apart to the frame, paint the frame, paint the body, chrome the chrome, and do it all over again... I honestly have about 5 hours of work to get it ack togethre, the calipers, breaks, wheels, tranny, body, belt, ect are all mounted and dialed in, just need to mount the engine {4 bolts}, bolt up the primary, run the oil lines, electrical, breaklines, and throttle cables to finish it!!! It has a 330mm rear tire, tons of rake, 21" front, satin black.. Its my "bare bones" chopper, no blinkers just a headlight and tail light, no mirrors, no key, no switches, no buttons, nothing, just a throttle clutch lever brake lever, and a single clip that starts the bike.... The only switch on the bike is the brake light sensor on the brake line...

See now I wanna go work on it...

Come on down, I only have one registered, I just swap the plate around, so you need to bring your own plate :) , I used to have 5 of my bikes registered but then it seemed like too many people needed to "borrow" a bike, my brother had one for a solid 6 months, then gave it back when it started getting cold outside because he "didn't have the room to store it", lol returned it with no gas in it and needed a ride home when he dropped it off {lives 40 minutes from me}.... So that was the end of that... Now I tell people "bring your own plate and if you get pulled over, don't stop, because Ill say you stole it", lol....
