Center Speaker Stand

I'm in need of a stand for my center channel and haven't been able to locate something that looks like it might serve its purpose. I looked on Sanus' website but couldn't find anything that holds more than 35 pounds or so.

My center channel is a RBH T1/R, so it's fairly large and heavy. I just seen this company Sound Anchors and sent them an email for some info/help.

Anyone have any suggestions for good/well built/sturdy speaker stands?

Gene, what type of stand did you use for your T1 center when you had one? I think I remember seeing pictures of it on a stand about a foot or so off the ground...

Sound Anchor makes stands that could support your car and I like the looks too. Very spendy!

The most heavy duty one of these Sanus' only has a capacity of 35 pounds. The T1 weighs 75 pounds.

I just heard back from Sound Anchor with an estimated price of $400 shipped for a stand built custom for it. That seems a bit steep for a stand, no? I understand it's custom and all, but $400..!
