Hello - I am looking to buy a better quality turntable to be able to 1 - listen to my collection and 2 - put my collection on to itunes. I have around 700 LP's from the 1980's that have never been played. I had a good friend with the same music taste (and same collection) and we recorded cassettes off of his LP's. I really miss the sound of vinyl compared to CD's and am looking to buy a higher end (my budget is $1500) turntable with a good cartridge. I've called some dealers in my area (there aren't many who sell turntables here) and here are my choices: Rega , Project Audio and Music Hall. I'd really appreciate any advice that you could pass my way. Looking forward to learning more from this forum. Thanks, Brad
