Can't decide on a sound bar

The room is the "manroom". We have the Samsung UN55ES7100 TV. I mainly watch football, movies and play PS3. I don't want to get a receiver. The room is carpeted and the couch is about 15' from the TV which is sitting on a console made of antique army artillery crates.

I can't decide between the JBL Cinema SB400 or the Klipsch Icon SB 1.

I've thought about the Z-Base 580 and the Yamaha YAS-101 since I have the Polk PSW-111 sub, brand new just laying around so I can get a bar only.

I don't want to spend more than $600 ($500 of which is Crutchfield gift cards). Any thoughts?

Zvox is a very good company. I use an older zvox 325 in my garage for music. The thing sounds pretty good for music which is a good test. I have found the company very responsible to deal with when I had a warranty issue with the 325; heck the company fixed a problem I had with the power supply when it was out of warranty.

I just received the JBL SB400 from Crutchfied yesterday and spent my first evening with it last night. If you'd like some quick initial impressions of the JBL to help in making your decision I'd be happy to post them for you here but, if you're intending to use your Polk sub anyway, then the JBL with it's own bluetoothed sub would be unnencessary really. What you may really need is a speaker bar (a passive soundbar). The Definitive Mythos line may be a good choice in that case. Crutchfield carries that line as well.

On the other hand, if you have another use for the Polk or you want a more wireless set up in your room then, maybe getting the JBL is an option for you. Let me know and I'll post a few initial thoughts tonight if it's helpful.
