Complete beginner...issues with center channel

I recently purchased the Pioneer SP-FS52 towers along with the matching center which I received today. When I attached the center channel i don't seem to be getting the same sound from the towers before i had the center. Can anyone point me in the right direction? it seems most of the voices are now coming from the center channel. do i need to adjust some setting to get more sound out of the towers? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks...Keith

That how they're supposed to work. Center channel is mainly for dialogue. If you want more sound from the towers you can switch to stereo, but then nothing will come from your center.

ok thanks. if that's the way it works then that's the way it works. it could just be the shows i'm watching. espn is notoriously horrible for sound. I turned on Underworld Awakening and it about blew me out of my seat. Thanks again for the quick response.
