We'll have to see it then...on blu-ray. The commercials look kind of weak but if you say it's good...If not you'll owe me.:p

It's not a movie to take seriously or anything. I think the plot would make a LOT more sense in the director's cut, which is apparently twice as long. But for it was it was fun.

Hate to say this, but I did not like this movie. :(

I just did not care at all about the characters.

I cannot believe Russell Crow was in this movie. Times must be tough. Sorry. :D

I didnt dee this yet, but will when it doesnt cost me anything, I was kind of excited about it when I heard QT was making another asian fight flick, then I heard it wasnt QT, it was RZA {no thanks} and QT was putting his name on it as "Presented by Quinton Tarantino", talk about using a name to sell a product...

tarantino is not for everyone- although some of his stuff is for someone...

I love pulp fiction, four rooms, true romance, Res dogs, ect {even Natural born killers was good {he sold it, didnt complete it}, and I liked Kill bill series {which I hear is on its 3rd}, but the vampire flicks, hostel flicks, and death proof are not really for me.. Ive watched them because Pulp fiction, Res dogs, and True romance earned QT my attention for life, I will have to watch everything he is involved in forever... But using his name to trick people into the seats kind of sucks...

RZA making kung fooish movies? Are you serious, Wu Tang Clan is making movies, I mean I know "wu tang clan aint nuffin to fuk wit" but c'mon, selling movies on a white boys coat tails, a long way from "sticken em up on ball courts" ? {and yes, incase you were wondering, them were 1993 Method man references, cream dollar dollar bill ya'll}

It is called Rise and it is on blu-ray only as an import I believe, but the DVD should be available for region 1. I don't own it either. Really only worth watching for her, but Carla Gugino is also in it :eek:

I agree. Kung Fu + RZA + Rap music :eek: = not my movie. :D

And yes, I hate to admit this, but I thought it was a QT movie until I saw it. :D Tricked me.

Sneaky, but Ill bet you won't fall for that twice... QT is at the point where he can get away with that once but not twice...
