Why not add confidence to your offer to sell by placing it on ebay. A local pickup with cash may be safe but who will pay to ship with no guarantees of fullfillment. I might be interested with photos guaranteed by ebay + Paypal. Let me know if your serious about selling under safer terms.

I figured at this price it is only a matter of time before someone with in driving distance stumbles across it sees its a rediculous deal and wants it, I am in no hurry for the sale dont really need the money and my house is 4000sq ft with 16 closets, so I have plenty of room lol.... its just sitting in the closet, still sealed in the box...
