Help me pick speakers for my new home theater

Episode 900 LCR vs Adam audio GTC77... what do you think? how do they compare? Any experience with them?

I just upgraded to James loudspeaker and they are incredible. Not sure what your budget is but we are very happy with the James loudspeakers.

I have not listened to the Episode but Adams sounds really good. The tweeter is soft but detailed, bass is solid. Only problem is the lower midrange that can be a bit anonymous.

Listen to 'em first and/or make sure you get a favorable return policy.

Unless you've heard a speaker for yourself, preferably in your own home, anyone else's opinion is just that, an opinion. Assuming that a stranger's taste/preference is the same as yours is like asking strangers on the internet which girl you should marry.

haha agree.. i will be giving them a much better listen before i buy them.. i must ask tho what didnt you like about them?

I don't think Mark is familiar personally ether way with ether of your choices.

I don't have any experience with either of those speakers, but a few more details would help anyone trying to answer your question. What's your room like? What are you going to be powering them with? What are you listening habits (high volume, deep bass, etc)?

oh i see sorry about that... my room is 17 by 40 i like loud and deep bass.. im going to use emotiva amps for now. but my set up is not the long way its the short way so ill only will be sitting about 12-13ft away 120in screen and i have no side wall because for the way the room is.. hope u understand that.
