With their 6 1/2 drivers, the Hsus might suffice but personally, I would be looking at towers for the mains, with their matching center. Are you open to that suggestion or do you insist on stand mounts?
Towers would be ok if there are speakers that are under 30" that are still considered towers : )
I don't think I can talk the wife into letting me put speakers that are TOO big next to the TV. The problem is with the built-in entertainment center. The speakers start at 39" off the ground...
I have emailed Dr. Hsu for some advice on placement. I found one forum post where he said that the HB-1's need only about 1" in the rear for clearance.
Any thoughts on the SVS SCS-02? They are sealed...
Or how about the CMT-340 Mini Tower from Ascend?
I like the size of these... They aren't sealed though.
