Did you ever get your TSAD 18.0's? I don't remember seeing any threads about your impression of them.

Nathan has not completed them yet. Probably 2 - 3 weeks ETA. Believe me, you will see pictures and YouTube video. Believe it.

Nathan showed me the compression graphs of the LMS vs TSAD.

From 12Hz-20Hz, the LMS5400 has about a 3dB advantage. From 20Hz-30Hz, the LMS has a 2dB advantage. But from 30Hz-50Hz, they are about equal. And actually from 50Hz-60Hz, the TSAD has 2-3dB advantage over the LMS.

Nathan said the LMS is actually more fragile than the TSAD and can bottom out easier than the TSAD.

So pros and cons.

Oh baloney. At your listening levels you would never get either driver to work up a sweat. I think you made the right choice because the bass will be just as good (for you), the price is lower, and the TSAD version weighs a lot less.

Agreed, that's why I built 4 of them. Don't gotta push them this way.
