Basic power question

Might seem like a stupid question. I've never ran a sub and satellite system from a stereo. If I have sub and satellites both rated at 100W max how much min. power is adequate to run this system (JBL PSW1000 sub, Infinity RS2000.3 satellites)? Seems I would need 150W/channel stereo (running system thru one set of speaker outputs) but that's why I stopped at EE101.

Isn't the psw1000 a powered sub? If it is, then you don't need much power at all just to power two satellites that are rated 100W max. I would think that just about any two channel stereo receivers or integrated amps rated > 50 WPC will do.

Oh, you're right. See, I told you I overlooked the simple things. Thanks.
