Attention all you Canucks out there.

We are planning a trip to Niagara Falls August 23rd - 25th. The Wifey has been bugging me to take her there for years. I'm finally going to give in and make this trip with Wifey and our 3 year old.
Does anyone have any suggestions, like the best hotels or sights to see? The quick search I've done suggests that the Embassy Suites has the best view. I have been there twice before, but don't remember much. I was only 10 the first time (was board as h.ll). The next time I was 22 and spent most of the time smoking mother nature at our KOA campgrounds.
Anyone else out there looking to meet a fellow AH'er?

Do the jetboat tour on the river... it is a good time. And make your way to the nearby town (can't remember what it is called?), pretty nice street full of little shops and restaurants.

edit: Niagara on the Lake is the small town.

I see that the Upper Canadians have been really helpful. Typical. I'd like to help, but you're closer to Niagra Falls than me. I just know they have a waterfall there. Beyond that...
