I have a suggestion for your centre speaker that should cost almost nothing. If the depth of the centre plus the depth of the TV base don't exceed the depth of the cabinet, how about placing the centre speaker in front of the TV. The speaker will probably obscure the bottom of the TV screen, so you just need to lift it a few inches. Some pieces of 2'"x4", painted black, or wrapped in black fabric would do the trick. That's about as simple as it can possibly get. If you consider that a bit too "ghetto", you could go a bit further.

You're centre is 7" high. Get a small piece of 3/4" MDF or plywood, approx. 30" wide by 12" deep. Glue pieces of 2"x8", on edge, to the ends of the MDF/plywood. You now have a stand that sits above the centre speaker, where you can place you're TV. Using MDF or plywood to make the whole thing would look nicer, but you'd probably need to brace the corners.

Just a suggestion. But, I guarantee that getting that centre off the floor will improve the sound quality enough to justify the effort and expense.

I'll try putting it up there tonight, and see how much it obscures the bottom of the TV as it is.

I put some Yamaha outdoor speakers that sound great. I forget the model...AW350 I think. I'm very happy with them. I don't use them for critical listening so they are more for hangin out BBQin & stuff.

Nice TT by the way!...I have a 2M Red on my newly rebuilt Lenco L75. Got into vinyl pretty recent & am really loving it!! The Red is a great cart, very detailed! Picks are in my link. You should post pics of your changes!!...& spread those mains more haha!

Nice setup man. As a cheaper alternative you can get a wood dinner tray table for you center. You can always paint it the same color too as your AV table. Something like this: http://www.target.com/p/Wood-TV-Tray-Black/-/A-11053805

Heh heh, yes, representing Canada over here! (Also, Paradigm is a Canadian company!)

I know this may not seem like the best idea, but I put the center speaker behind the TV, and upside down as well, so that the tweeter isn't blocked by anything, and it sounds much better than it did.
