... What on earth would you do with the speaker level inputs on a sub if there's no speaker level outputs??

Couldn't you use it with an amp that had simultaneous A and B speaker outputs? It is very bizarre though.

I am in the same position but very new at this and hope that someone will help me out. I have a new Maranatz 6004 receiver and need to hook up a sub. My sub is an Energy ESW-10. It has a low pass filter control, a phase control switch and a left/right line in/sub in connection.

can some please reply and let me know how to connect this?
