If you are an apartment dweller a Quad 303 will be perfect.
We also have a small town home in Eagan MN, a suburb of St. Paul.
I drive my speakers with two 303s, but one is just driving the built in isobarik coupled cavity subs. It has plenty of power and reserve for that situation.
