Tube Amp Kit, All included, to buy in UK

Hi guys

I dont know wether you can point me in the right direction or not..

Im looking to build a Tube Amp...
Now, i am very good at soldering.. Just pretty hopeless at follows schematics to making my own from scratch... I can read them and understand them, i just get caught up and lost half way through due to all the lines everywhere haha..
So im wanting to buy a kit, and build that myself...

Points to look for:
* Good price.. I dont fancy paying £1500 - £2000 for a kit..... so lower is better..
* Kit includes everything.. because some kits you see dont include power supplies etc. I want it all there in the box so i can put together and listen to it..
* Preffer if it was UK.. dont like the long delivery waits for parcels worldwide..

i like the look of the K-502 DIY Vacuum Tube Amplifier Kit
But cant seam to find them in the UK, and not sure if the kit comes with everything...

The best recommendation I can think of is Bottlehead...

In this day and age shipping something from Northwest USA to the UK wouldn't take months. Not sure if Doc B ships to the UK but I cant imagine why not.

Bottlehead's focus is low power single ended designs. While they do have their dubious charms, I don't believe they would be enough for the OP's Mission speakers. He should look for a more powerful pp type of amp.

What about buying a Dynaco Stereo 70 and complete a full rebuild. Every audio section and circuit board is available as a modern aftermarket, much of it on eBay. You will, of course, have to also address the 110v to 220v conversion. If you handy this is a great project, and it will be worth more than your investment when done.

I just stumbled over the Carvin TS 100 tube amp. It's ~$600. You can roll a few different tubes in it. 4/8/16 selectable.

From what I understand tube amp design and theory has been pretty much figured out for the past 40/50 years

The originator of this post is looking for a kit. It doesn't look like a kit to me.

And the OP can still buy a kit.... Imagine that. I mentioned this because there is still a DIY component to it: You can roll your own tubes.

As you can with any tube amp.
