Too small for 7ch, unless you're only going to have 1-2 seats. But even then, its not worth the money in speakers.
Only use 5ch.

Post pics when its done!

this room was bigger but i made it smaller to accomodate a fishroom i have a 360 gallon african cichlid tank.i am thinking a budget of a thousand to fifteen hundred for a complete system.i am new to this and my plans are to have a nice gaming area for the kids with their wii and xbox.i also love the idea of a theater for movie collection i have accumulated over the years.i am leaning towards a 60 in lcd flat screen .am i able to go bigger or would it be too big for the distance in length in my room?i think max would be 70 " i have blue real theater seats loungers that don't recline and i will be putting in 8 of them.i will post some pics as i go.

From a 12' viewing distance, a 110" front projector setup is very typical and doable. If you properly set the room up, it will look fantastic from this distance with a good projector.

wow!!!!!!!! that would be awesome i didn't think i could exceed 60 " flat screen . that would be incredible for my kids gaming .what system would you recommend and do these pretty much operate the same way as regular flat screens?i have a friend at work who said it would cost him a dollar an hour just to run his projector.not sure if its rear or front.

There are a lot of projectors on the market ranging from 3D capable models to standard 2D models.

At the low end, the Epson 8350 is a great choice for about $1,200.

At the higher end, the Panasonic AE7000, Epson 5010, and JVC RS45 are all excellent choices.

Pair it with a good fixed screen like a Carada Criterion screen.

Then you will still need a surround system, which I assume is what the $1,500 is for.

For the audio side a really good budget option would be 2x Infinity P162 bookshelves, a PC250 center and 2x P152 bookshelves as surrounds for a total of $450 with free shipping. The price is great because they are last years models. Add a Rythmik FV12 subwoofer for $500 plus shipping and a Denon AVR-2112 for $550 shipped. That's $1500 plus the shipping on the subwoofer for a system that will rock that room. I hope your fish like bass. :D

My only concern with the above system is the physical size of that subwoofer. It might take up too much floor space for that little room.

Well with the responses I have gotten I am leaning on making this as authentic as possible .I innitially was looking to purchase a flatscreen lcd tv and call it a day now will be planning a real theater feel to my room.I did make the entrance to this room in the back and was planning on setting all my audio and gaming receivers in the front .am I still able to do that or is it better to have it in The back?

I concur.

Would add the BenQ W6000.

Amazon.com: BenQ W6000 1080p DLP Projector: Electronics

I bought one over a year ago for $2200. Love it. Then now Amazon has it on sale. So I bought a second one.

Or M8 Powered Subwoofer
I love mine. Small to medium room. Great for Music and Movies. Wowee.
A 125w 8" sub that only does down to 29hz is going to be a bit lacking for home theater for most people even in a room that small. About the smallest that I'd consider is an eD A2-250 but I'd like 20hz extension if possible.

Sholling, M8's really exceeded my expectation. I bought all these Bass CD's to test it out and to my ears it's amazing and I'm very picky too. Maybe in a couple of years a Outlaw Audio LFM-1 Plus or a FV12, but for now these have rocked me well for a month that I've had them.:D Can't wait to try the Indiana Jones 3 Movie DVD set this weekend.
