It was pretty light considering what I ought to be able to do but once again I'm rusty so it wore me out and today I'm a little sore. I also went way off reservation food wise for dinner due to skipping a meal and letting myself get tired and hungry. I'll do better today. Still, 13 lbs down from my peek. I can't wait to see what another day of work and 24 more hours do for me.
