Got My Infinity Dream system- advice on size settings!

I finally mounted the last of my surrounds after buying a piece at a time so now I have : Infinity PC350 Center and P362 R and L, my sub is an HSU VTF2-MK3 and the 3 surrounds (6.1) are the P162's. Running it all is my Pioneer VSX 1014TX which is a THX certified unit made a while back as a short run for a specific big-box store but a great value. I used the MDAAC setup and it set my fronts to large and backs to small I believe but that doesn't mean it's the best way to do things.

few other factors:

the room is 18X25X 8 foot ceilings, has mostly carpet and couches, sheet rock walls one wall is a large double panel glass door. Our primary use is for home theater but no reason music shouldn't sound great too.

I have the sub crossover at 80hz right now.

I'm wondering what you guys would do in setting crossovers and setting the suurounds to large or small? What about fronts to large or small? The sub has lots of juice left over even at the highest levels we could be comfortable listening at.
What else should I look into to fine tune this system? I don't think I could do much better equipment-wise- all this stuff has been given great reviews and has provided some impressive performance so far.

There must be some fine tuning I could be doing and I'm at the end of my knowledge- without making drastic changes to the acoustic environment what kind of settings might I experiment with? Should the surrounds be set to small at ALL TIMES because the sub is so capable? What about the fronts?

I would crossover all your speakers at 80 Hz. Let your sub do what it does best.....

so basically set all speakers to small then? I'm not sure if I can micromanage the crossovers with what equipment I already have...

Everything set to small. check
All crossovers set to 80 Hz. check

I'd follow what Jeff said and set all of the speakers to small with a crossover of 80 hz. Then, you probably want to dig out your VSX 1014TX owner's manual and see what your options are on both crossover range bands (is there just an 80 hz level or is there 40, 60, 80, 100, etc), and global vs. per channel crossovers.

I would set all speakers to small, XO @ 80Hz, from where you normally sit set the front left & right & both surrounds to 75dB (C-weight, slow response on the digital SPL), center to 76dBC, and sub to 78dBC.
