Worst Xmas movies ever

The New York Times has a list of the 10 worst Christmas movies of all time:

No. 1 on the list is Santa Clause Conquers the Martians. It can be streamed via Netflix; how cool is that. Now I just have to talk the family into watching this . . . It cost all of $20,000 to produce in 1964; sounds like a deal at any price.

I agree with all of these except Ernest Saves Christmas. In fact, I think almost all Christmas movies belong in the top 2. Ernest Saves Christmas might be the only holiday movie I would watch.

Yeah I am with Adam,list sucks. The only thing that was missing was Santa Pimp and his 173 elf hookers take over Siberia.The one is my favorite.

I hate Christmas movies, music, and decorations, but just saw National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation for the first time and loved it. My boyfriend described it as a "classic" and I was doubtful but it actually made wrapping Christmas presents not only bearable but fun. Do you guys have any favorites?

Oh, yeah! I can't believe I almost forgot about that one. It's been a long time since I've seen it and it's now on my 'Must Watch' list for X-mas day. Now I just have to find it.

Christmas Vacation is VERY high up on my list. I think its hilarious and definitely a holiday classic for me. I also like Christmas Story. The Santa Clause is something we watch as a family every year, so I'm a bit partial to it- even though very cheesy, its fun to watch.

Just Friends, The Holiday, and Love Actually are all worth watching. Also Elf, Scrooged, and would Die Hard count????

While I don't know what I would say the worst christmas movie is, I know the best is Die Hard

I like "A Christmas Story."

I loved that one the first 10 or 15 times I saw it. It dramatizes the true horror of movie Christmas.

Right?? I watched Love Actually because my boyfriend said it was awesome. By the way, it wasn't. All I remember from it is that one guy is in love with his best friend's wife and tells her (low). The funny part was that she thought the guy was secretly in love with her husband.

Die Hard definitely counts as does anything else with Bruce Willis, Jason Statham, Jet Li, sword fights, or explosions/guns that are illegal.

Also, Elf counts because it's effing hilarious.
