For sale beloved S4's and C3 in beautiful rare rosewood finish.

Asking $2500 for the three or best offer.
I'll split shipping and add 3% paypal if used.

Shipped all in original Signature boxes.

Replaced these in my small room setup with Salk Sound Scapes...

C3 is a bit lighter in color and has more of a gloss finish and is in perfect condition, not a ding or scratch.
They were not from the same run of rosewood but are perfectly matched sonically.

One of the S4's has a small ding, which is barely noticeable with the grills on, otherwise in perfect condition and play perfectly.... See link.

These speakers are still better then the current Studio line in SQ and cabinet & driver build quality. Don't miss out....

This is so tempting I went upstairs to tell my wife about the great deal.
I have the S4's in cherry as my rear surrounds right now.
Her first thoughts were, "Where would we put them?" and "We need a mattress"
If I wasn't also waiting for the inevitable demise of our 18yr old washer & dryer, I'd take a shot at these.

They are awesome speakers but I was overdue to upgrade and the Salk's albeit not cheap by any stretch are really spectacular and were worth the price to make the move. I'm loving the ribbons.

The finish and look of the S4's is really sweet.
IMO they are still better the anything in the latest Studio line in SQ. Matched with a good sub makes for a great frontend.

I'm seriously considering buying these from you. a few questions:

Do you have original packaging to ship them across the country and ensure they won't be damaged? I had a bad experience with a pair of studio 20s that were shipped to me without being properly packaged. the weight of these speakers can cause some major destruction in transit...

Any idea on the cost to ship to San Jose, CA (95118)?

What are your thoughts on the s4 c3 combo in a larger room. I have the studio 20s (plus CC) now and was plannig to go to studio 100s but would be willing to upgrade the SQ if you think they can fill a room that 20x25 adequately.

Hey Ken, Yes they will do very very well in a large room, when augmented with a capable sub/s... I can't stress enough the idea with having a good higher powered amp and capable subs for a largeish type room...

I have Sig S8's in my large room, and I cross them over pretty high, so having all those bass drivers is almost a waste.. I have 6 18" bass drivers to handle the low end.

Both the S4's and C3 can get extremely loud and still maintain their clarity, ask anyone I like to listen loud at times and can't stand distortion - period...

All speakers come shipped in original Paradigm Signature boxes they came in...
