Alex earns his "mighty" street cred with such posts as his recent bump of my, otherwise ignored, Classified - Sell Your Gear thread.
That was a good post, indeed. I now relate your speaker to something that I'll lust over but won't be able to enjoy unless I pay for it.

For some reason I just don't understand that ... but thanks.
It sounds cool.

I prefer a nice sinner over a mean saint any day of the week.
Look up 'saint' in any concordance. I believe it just means a congregation member.

It's a problem. "Pimp hand" standards may be different in Arizona and Rhode Island.
Here everybody is a tough guy and there's this mass hysteria type of thing going on when it comes to working an angle. This is probably where they invented the word 'shady' and first came up with the nick name 'Shifty'.

It's always been me that has benefited most from my association with the resident brainiacs found here at AH. I'm not looking to even the score either. I am here to take, take, take. Pretty soon I may be getting a bass boat from Greg. :D

I thought we decided that it was his endless musings that made us want to stuff him into a box?

:D

This site is as addictive as the gear we all love.

Should it bug me that I've been here two years longer than Alex and have half as many posts?

Nah. :) ;)

... and that right there is the balance offered by the evil of all the electronics I don't quite get (pun :D).

How did we turn Thanksgiving into Alexhastocleanthetubandgoshopping?

Too late. I already bought the turkey and ham for Niki, I made up her beds with new sheets, a new mattress pad on one, and a foam topper on another. I hope to get the lawn seeded with winter rye for her today.

And that's without her asking for it. I can't image how much work it is for you married folks...

Alex will probablly vouch for this....once married, it becomes a "honey-do" list not be confused with the honey-dew melon. The list at its best is bitter tasting, aggrevating, and seen by most men as a pain in the a??. This is why men buy dogs...so that they can feed the list to their faithful companion just to tell the other half that the dog ate the list with honest conviction. ;)

Yes, that goes to why Alex is so valuable here. He makes us laugh and smile again and again. A rare gift indeed.

Pretty much the same ... I'm her b!tch.

The good part is that it's not everyday you can go into a grocery store and see a guy wearing a hat shaped like a turkey. The drumsticks point up in the air. I was chucking pretty good after that. My job may be messed up but nobody can make me wear a turkey hat. It's unconstitutional and probably against the religion I'm fixin' to fire up.
