It was an Alice Cooper night for me last night with both selections on vinyl. The first was "Welcome to My Nightmare" followed by "Billion Dollar Babies"

My favourite song of this album..

Rush - Time Machine 2011 (live) on blu-ray
How is it? I have all the other concerts on DVD and didn't know if I wanted another. I'll get the CD but was waffling about the Blu-ray movie.

Well worth the purchase in my opinion. Of course I've only got 1 other Rush concert in my collection (Rush in Rio). Runtime is 2 hours 42 minutes. There's some additional skits that are on the disc, so it's not just concert footage the whole time.

Bass level is a bit higher than the studio tracks but it doesn't seem out of place. Dynamic range, well it is a concert after all so don't expect too much there. Crowd noise is not an issue at all. Video is a bit soft in the darker areas but definitely benefits from the HD transfer.

I got this in-store for $20 at Best Buy yesterday. Looks like Amazon won't have it until December 20th.

You all can thank Nomo for this. :) Eh, I can't hide it. I like this song. It brings me back to my youth...when my brother had to tell me the singer was a guy...

Don't laugh.

Apparently she rerecorded the album 10 years later. All acoustic. I mostly put it on for my wife.
