NewEgg is carrying Denon now and they have the 4311 for $1299.99 until 11/6.

You can look on Denon's home page and they have a page with all their authorized online vendors.

For those interested, Electronics Expo and J&R will price match. I ordered a 4311 from EE yesterday morning.

I emailed NewEgg and got an email back saying they are authorized to sell all items on their website. But they did not specifically answer my question of are they a Denon Authorized Online Retailer.

So I called Denon this morning, and got confirmation that NewEgg is an authorized Denon retailer.

Unfortunately those offers have expired, but next time....

Yeah, I forgot to ask why they weren't listed. I noticed that Accessories4Less is now listed as a 'refurb' dealer, and I think they started carrying Denon recently too. I wouldn't trust Dakmart or eCost but I might try with Accessories4Less. Still the NewEgg price for the 4311 was the same as the A4Less refurb price.
