Gotta Say, that I was not wholeheartedly impressed with the eD drivers SQ.

Never heard the Quad Drive yet.....

Accuracy of the Fathoms is amongst the best I've heard but they certainly aren't going to fill the room or hit the low notes like the other suggestions.

What is the size of the room and what are your goals here...? HT or just music or what.....

Too many people like to just throw out suggestions without getting more info.

More info please

Yeah, any info on room size would help a lot. How loud do you listen? What do you have for mains? How important are the aesthetics?

+1 on this. That would be a killer subwoofer setup. One of my first choices for $4k.
The fact that it has four subs, each with a long throw XBL^2 motor and triple shorting rings, makes it a great deal at 4k. i can imagine it digging pretty deep in many rooms, too.

Dont forget Seaton SubMersive and JTR Cativators.

I looked into these also, the SubM is over $4000 for two, so that put them out of my price range. Two JTR Cap 1000s can be had for roughly $3000 shipped. Jeff makes a passive one a tad cheaper with a 30mm driver and can be powered by a pro amp.

Two A7 450s would be a ton of output.

I really want to hear that little one. That looks amazing. One of these days I hope to do that kind of stuff on the side.
