Other than the price, what's the difference between the Jobsite Fg01238 and the Niles SW10? I can't see it...

The Niles appears to have a larger enclosure.
Whether that makes a difference, is worth the extra cost, or is even is the only difference. Dunno.

I'm guessing they have they same driver but possibly different amps.

That first picture of the Jobsite is identical, but I did notice those other two appear to have a slimmer cabinet. Sure is weird though...

According to the listed dimensions on the jobsite @ the amazon link and the dimensions for the niles on the niles website it would appear as if the jobsite has the bigger enclosure.

Theory

I did some web searching for these two brands. I did not get a clear answer, but my guess is that Jobsight may be a Niles name _ perhaps for custom installations.

Seems you're correct... Niles Audio. Wonder why the Jobsite version is so much less expensive...
You might have 10 companies selling the same sub. All it's all about rebadging these days. Niles is not know for building their own subs. Jobsite could be the OEM for Niles, who knows anymore. At the end the cosumer doesn't know what he is getting anyway.

In the end of day 10" down firing sub with 125W Amp - Is not something I consider great deal even at $240... If it would $120 - then maybe would considering... Now - how it'll stack vs Monoprice 12" sub for $87 - thats a good question...

That is true. I forgot about that. Yet, over the years I've seen that in DVD players, receivers, TVs, you name it. it's a very old industry "practice".
