Subwoofers and LFE

Ok so here is my problem, ive got 2 polk audio Subwoofers I am getting ready to get, one is a 100Watt and the other is a 412Watt, I am getting the 100Watt first and the problem is that it dosent have a LFE input, now ive read on some of the reviews that you can just get a subwoofer RCA cable and run it directly from one of the (Red or White) RCA cables to your receiver (I am getting a "Technical Pro 72-RX35U 1000-Watts TP Pro Digital Home Receiver with iPod Input") and plug it into the Output of one of the RCA jacks (also either Red or White) and thus this will create a LFE input, but my BIG question to you guys is that can you plug this receiver into a Computer? Most are for home theater systems but this reciever DOES have a USB slot on it, and I thought that if I get a "Male to Male" USB connector that it would recognize it as a speaker and I would be all guccie ... But I dont know, any suggestions? (BTW the 412Watt already has a LFE input on it) so I was thinking that I would just plug the 412Watt into the other RCA on the back of the receiver (Red or White) Thus this would make for a double subwoofer receiver both with LFE inputs. But I need tips, im new to this.

b) Don't get Polk Subs
c) Yes, you can use white/red RCA inputs = almost same thing as LFE input
d) USB port on newer receivers are made only for one purpose - to play mp3 files from usb storage

c) LFE input on these subs does one thing different than the standard preamp input: it bypasses the internal x-over completely. For the one sub that doesn't have it, it simply means you must set the x-over as high as it will go to effectively do something similar.
d) No, you can't hook directly to your PC the way you are asking. You need something to convert the signal to line level RCA and hopefully give you volume control.

Okay... Then what kind of receiver should I get then? What would I need to get to switch the line level over?
------> ;D Ive got a PC sub that is plugged up through satellite speakers, and the input to the subwoofer is a vga cable, but I want some serious bass, also im concerned that all this might blow a fuse in my room from all the wattage, would this be true? and please dont say that I need to get another PC sub, because a 100Watt is like 450.00 by logitech.

P.S. If not Polk then what? I was looking at Bic america? Try and not get too extravagant though, lol im on a little bit of a budget.
