Finding an OEM amplifier is nearly impossible for subwoofers and in many cases not the best route to go. Two slight possibilities. Apexjr.com might an M&K amp on surplus. I saw it on there recently. When you go in, click on amplifiers and it should take you to it along with others.
The second and probably better bet is one of the replacement subwoofer amplifiers from partsexpress.com.

I 100% second this suggestion. It may not work exactly as the OEM did if the original amp had any EQing incorporated to assist response, but it will get you functional.

M&K is still around. Have you tried contacting them? They may not have them, but they may be able to tell you where to find one or get it repaired.

Try getting hold of this guy and see if he has any amps for that model. The only one I see currently is for the 1250 sub.

Absolutely. In fact, that is what I recommended. I may just grab the 1250 for my DIY subwoofer.

Not sure if either of these would work but O Audio has 300 and 500 watt BASH amps that are pretty solid.
