LOL - thats good stuff.... There was a small gap in between the only neighbors house and my back yard - I quickly planted a line of trees there which have filled in really nicely... I'm really thankful that I found the place I finally settled into... completely secluded.

Very glad I learned electrical early on. Had alot of major projects come up in my house I don't think I would have wanted to pay someone else to do.... Save me a ton of money to dedicate towards more toys...

Electrical is being installed tomorrow.. Material and labor was slightly higher than we had hoped....I guess my wife figured all our cost saving will come from me doing all the landscaping and heavy lifting this long weekend.....

Ps: Heh...I've already made it known to my wife that new towers/sub might be in order for next spring or both ...;)

Regards, Bill...:)

Wow this was a huge ordeal....grass & dirt removal through our most recent heat wave really took a toll on me. I later had to replace all that earth with ~ 4 tons of mixed crushed stone & screening due to layer a 8" dip towards the back of our property and I incorporated all this inside a 6x6x10' pt box I built. The electrical was another huge ordeal because we needed to dig a 50ft long trench around our garden for access point to our panel(whew...electricans had to do all that:)). We also had them add some future proofing cables like RG6U, speaker wire and of course an additional power supply what ever may come up.

All told we are extremely happy with the end result and the net result is what really counts but getting there was hard work! :)

Here are some pic's....

I'll admit a 20-40 min soak prior to bedtime really helps relax the mind and body.

I could have saved you a ton of cash. :D

Hilarious....I'm sure it would have saved me a ton....as you could see by the pics our neighbours are to close, making open pit fires illegal around here....:D

Privacy walls on just the sides? What about the rear? Now Alex has a place to look over the fence.

Yeah...it only allows for 2 privacy walls because the other option for our unit allows for a bar table and stools set up and since our patio is near by....we cheaped out...lol:eek:. The plants in behind should help once they mature but if Alex returnd home I'll need to install some kind of lattice or privacy wall....:)

Watch out, Bill. I think that's Alex's subtle way of saying that he wants to press his face up against your rear hole.

 :D
