Can some of you experts give me some advice on installing in-wall vs on-wall speakers in my home theater? I've gotten quotes from different installers and one says in-wall is the way to go, but the other says on-wall is way better quality. Not sure if they are just trying to sell me what they get more money for, or there actually is a difference.
This will be a dedicated theater room for movies and sports.
So far the recommendations I've gotten were for the following:
In-wall:
Setup 1 - Klipsch - RC-5502-W (Center), R-5800-W (Front - Left, Right, 2 Rear), R-5650-S dipole (2 sides)
Setup 2 - Episode - 700 series for Front (Left, Right, Center), 300 Series (2 rear, 2 sides)
On-wall:
Setup 1 - Paradigm - Millenia 20 for Front (Left, Right, Center), ADP di-poles (two sides), Millenia 10 Hybrid (2 rear)
Setup 2 - Martin Logan - Ticket (Front - Left, Right, Center, 2 rear), Motion FX dipole (2 sides)
Setup 3 - Triad - Mini LCR for Front (Left, Right, Center), 2 Dipoles for Sides, Micro LCR (2 rear)
Thanks in advance for the help
