If they make one of those life size, anatomically correct and out of the same material that those expensive real dolls are made from then I can see Alex getting one of those and sleeping with it

Well a life size Na'vi is 9' - 10'. So that would be a huge doll. Hopefully Alex has a long bed.

This statue will be 3' (from base to tip of bow) and it's 1/4 size.
