You already know which one I'd pick, so between the other two, my guess is that it's not only about where it was made, but about the amplification. If there is no must-have feature of the 3312, then what's the confusion? Hm, so the 4310 went up in price, too bad . . .
No the price for the 4310CI is $872.78, plus 7.9% Tax (Total to Door incl. Del'v would be $942), and actually I got them to come down off the $899 price. Only two year warranty vs. the 33XX's 3 yr. warranty.

Amazon just sold one 4310CI, now 15 left. I have time to make this decision, as I need to receive A/V Rack and assemble it. Then order cables, and receive. Will pull the trigger on final decision at months end.

So many decisions... I can pick up a New:

3311CI is $799 AUDYSSEY MULTEQ XT -- 7 CH.

3312CI is 999 AUDYSSEY MULTEQ XT -- 7 CH.

4310CI is 942 AUDYSSEY MULTEQ XT -- 7 CH.

4311CI is 1499 AUDYSSEY MULTEQ 32 -- 9 CH.

All delivered to front door, all under warranty from Auth. Dealers/Distributors.

I know I will never go over 7 Channels, and start with the one sub, and most likely leave it at one sub.
Knowing all of them will drive 7 or more channels, I looked at:

Cost/Net Wt. ($/#)
-----------------------
3311 = 29.7
3312 = 38.5
4310 = 27.1
4311 = 39.2

Therefore, the best Bang per Pound ==> 4310CI

Then again, I could just save the extra monies and go with another 3311, and call it a day.
And for less than $1K (AVR=$800, A/V Rack=$105, Cables/Wire=$~50), and I am there... DONE.

Or I could just get the latest 3312CI for $1K, and be in around $1150 for the latest AVR, A/V Rack, and Wiring.

What would you do?

Where are you finding the 4311CI for $1500 from an authorized dealer? I can't seem to find them online in stock, let alone for a price anything under MSRP.

Looks like I have Made Up My MIND, of course, unless someone has a better Mfg./Model # to consider...

Just love the LOOK of the DENON AVR-3312CI, hope it sounds as good as it looks.

Dennis just had to out-do me

I recently purchased 2 Rythmik D15SE subwoofers.

Looks like DenPureSound out-did my purchase and ordered a fancy top-notch Denon AVR-4311CI.:D

BTW, Dennis, clear your Private Messages or we can't sent you any PMs.:D

AcuDefTechGuy -- my PM box is available for your msg's. Sorry must of been EXCITED about the Denon AVR-4311CI coming in soon --- :eek:

OK, it is the Denon AVR-4311CI... I am excited, as it should be considerably better than the 3312 or my 3311, after months of drooling over it, I pulled the trigger on the 4311 to run with the Emotiva XPA-5, and Klipsch Ref. Series speakers.

Should be good for a few years to grow into, and approach the cost of Dual Rythmik Subs .. ;)

GEEZ, you have more in your Dual Subs than I will have in my AVR, EEkkk. :D

The Klipsch are RF-82II, RC-62II, and RS-52II with RW-12d Sub and a PA-150 Sub. Paul Wilbur Klipsch was one darn good Engr. In fact just finished reading his book.

Looks like them, except for the surrounds which are RS-52II's.
