i cant access my old account

my old account was craig7 and i cant log in anymore on that account, when i signed up for audioholics, i just connected with facebook or whatever. and the facebook thing is gone, so i cant login now, is there anyway i can get that account back?

i have tried that and it doesnt work because it says ...... OH MY GOD!!!!!
