Best settings for music at receiver

i have a denon avr-1911 and a pair of klipsch rf-52
i hear music (mp3, flac, videoconcerts) from a tvix slim s1 connected to receiver thru optical cable (video signal is sent from TIVX thru hdmi to TV)
receiver is set to digital mode
tivx is set to custom mode
NOW WHAT OTHER SETTINGS I HAVE TO DO TO RECEIVER TO HAVE THE BEST QUALITY FOR MUSIC (AND MOVIES)

I don't think that is quite what was being asked . . . .
The av receiver will have a variety of different listening modes. Take a look at the manual and figure out which one(s) are optimized for music and try those; there will be others optimized for movies. Try them out and see which ones you like. Also since you are running a pair of speakers, try out whatever listening modes are designed for stereo and make sure that none of the audio signal is being routed to a sub (since you don't have one).

Also since you are running a pair of speakers, try out whatever listening modes are designed for stereo and make sure that none of the audio signal is being routed to a sub (since you don't have one).
+1 try different Eq. settings. Place your speakers in the corners of the room and "Tow Them In" so they are aimed at the sofa or chair in the center of the room. Over the years I have found that the smaller the room the better the sound.....Klipsch Khorns are a exception.:) I moved my HT system to my small 14X14 den...WOW major difference.
